The task:
Digital transformation requires change management focusing on both psycho-emotional "hearts and minds" issues, as well as rational, task-oriented "getting the job done" issues. Arguably, the traditional models like Lewin and Kotter etc. lean more towards the former psycho-emotional perspectives; whereas many technology change models, like those stemming from ITIL or project management roots lean much more towards a rational task orientation. The Western digital transformation compass includes elements of both, but is not necessarily comprehensive on either.
Your task is to:
1. Argue whether both perspectives are valid and necessary for digital transformation (all syndicates)
2.
