Currently Helen works as a software programmer for a high tech company. She is not satisfied with her job and is de-motivated.

1. Explain why Helen might be dissatisfied with her job by applying each of the elements of the Job characteristics Model and explain Helen's internal states as they relate to all elements of the JCM (i.e. the entire model).
