Mr. Connors was pleased with your work on the introduction and conclusion paragraphs. He has decided to give you a special task that is rather delicate in nature. It has come to his attention that several of the other intern supervisors are making their interns work until midnight every night. While Ford Motor Company expects their interns to work long hours, Mr. Connors feels that forcing college-age students to work until 12am and then expecting them to come in the next morning by 8am is not appropriate nor is it good for the health of the interns. Numerous studies have shown that young adults need at least eight hours of rest to perform well.

Mr. Connors would like to persuade the other intern supervisors, who are his peers, to allow their interns to leave at 9pm each night and to not keep the interns working until 12am. He does not want to offend his peers, and he is aware that some of the supervisors will be resistant to this request. That is why he has asked you to draft an Indirect Persuasive Email to the other intern supervisors asking that they let interns go home at 9pm and not require them to stay at work until 12am.
