You have loaded in your gel a protein sample called Boil", which contains a protein mixture that includes GFP and many other proteins of different sizes. In last week's lab, this was the protein mixture you originally loaded into the column. Recall that this sample was treated with denaturing solution and boiled before it was loaded in the gel. After electrophoresis and Coomassie Blue staining, would you expect to see a single protein band or multiple bands in the lane for this sample? Briefly explain your reasoning.
