1. The real job of managers in an organization is to motivate the employees to do their best and create a working environment which allows them to perform effectively. For successful implementation of positive human resource program, it should be align with principles of effective management, and follow the following steps:
Identify which program is important for organization. The very first step of principle of effective management states that for implementation of any human resource program in organization ,its important should be identified .Managers should know what they want to accomplish, what results is expectation and how those result will affect in future. After focusing on these questions, there is needs to generate relationship between the employees and manger on result they are suppose to deliver. Here in this step a bigger picture of clear vision, mission is created.
Ensure what is important manageable and do-able In this step manager need to ensure that employees are ready produce the result and they should have the means to success, which includes all the critical resources, knowledge, training, time.
Chose, that are consistent with what is important To successfully implement the human resource program manager should focus on making choices that are feasible with desired results. This principle focused on conscious choice and decision making.
Invent and adopt practices that support effectiveness. The principle states that to successfully implement human resource program in organization manager should focus on inventing and working from practices that support effectiveness.
2. Employers may be interested in decertification elections as a response to changing workforce dynamics or dissatisfaction with the current union representation.
