Week 4: Shades of Grey: The Case of FololeMuliaga
There are instances, as explored last week, in which an individual or corporation makes obvious and purposive unethical (and often illegal) choices at key decision points. However, there are also times in which the situation is less clear, without evidence that any of the decision-makers in the case were conscious that their choices also involved moral choices. These types of situations are often overlooked in an examination of ethics, but are quite important to review and consider. These are the types of cases that we, as managers and leaders, may very well face.
