For texture, be sure to mention which texture is present and if there are any changes. All timbres should be discussed and described. Elaborate on the melodic contour and any motives being implemented. Harmonically, give your best emotion-based description of what is going on. Overall, divide the piece of music into its parts so that I know exactly what to expect when I listen to your piece of music. and don't forget to tell me the exact title and artist of your piece.
