A CEO of a company in Malaysia has the following situation:

He is making decisions daily which may make or break the company. He always counts on his employees more than his board of directors to achieve better results. He is inspiring and energises his followers while planning quickly and flexibly in changing the organisational system. This kind of working environment gives him pressure which can create feelings of stress, fear, caution, and even depression. In addition, this situation may lead him to make the wrong decision which will undervalue the company and hamper its ability to achieve the company's goals and stockholder expectations.
