Background

IBM is one of the top computer companies in the world. They employ over 345,000 people around the world. Around 10,000 of those are located in the Philippines. Due to its expansion in the Philippines, IBM did not only become attractive to IT and Tech graduates and professionals, but also to people from the fields of HR and Psychology.

Your Task: 

A company such as IBM have systems and processes in place, that includes their recruitment and selection process. You will assume the role of a Personnel Psychologist and will be tasked to examine their hiring process and analyze each of its stage/phase. You are then expected to conduct a case study about the said process and turn over the results to IBM executives.
