A Study of the Effectiveness of Human Resource Information System on an Organisation in Zambia.

You are to study of an organisation of your choice and discuss the effectiveness of HRIS and its impact on Human Resources Management functions.

Firstly, give a brief history of the company, its mission, vision and objectives. Give a brief history of the Human resource function in the organisation. Does the organisation have an international presence? How and why the organisation decided to design and implement HRIS, were all the processes followed for systems development? Was there any resistance to change? How did the organisation deal with Change management? What led to the successful/failed implementation of HRIS?

How has the implementation of HRIS impacted the organisations performance in terms of Human Resources Management.
