Your 10-minute presentation (minimum 7/maximum 10 minutes) must involve the participation of all team members. Present your experience and explain how the negative experience was resolved or how the positive experience could be further enhanced (reference appropriate concepts/information from the textbook) and highlight strategies from the course that support your thinking. As done in part two, you will be evaluated on the creativity and quality of your presentation, knowledge and understanding, oral and visual communication, and teamwork. You will also be evaluated on the effectiveness of your experience recommendations, resolution, action plan for the future, and the general effectiveness of your presentation. Assignments involving an oral component provide a wonderful opportunity to enhance and improve professionalism in presentation skills. Please be advised that assignments involving an oral and written component will not be accepted for marking without completion of both components.
