Mr Jazlan is marketing manager at ABC Toys Sdn Bhd. He is recently tasked to revamp his company's website which is suffering from poor usability. He is 2 not an expert in web design and thus seeks your advice on how the website can be revised so that it can attract more visitors and potential customers. He also intends to convert the website into an e-commerce site, meaning that apart from browsing for products, customers can also make orders and payments directly from the site. Using your expertise in the area of web usability and e-commerce, provide advice to Mr Jazlan on what he should do. Explain to him factors that he should take into account in developing a usable and effective e-commerce site.
