Question

In the context of a familiar organisation, choose an effective change experience and a less effective change experience within the same organisation so that the culture is consistent. Then contrast these two experiences against Kotter's 2014 accelerate framework to identify any differences - such as the less effective change missing out some key steps in Kotter's framework as compared to the more effective change initiative.
