Hypothesis

H0: Leadership does not have significant effect on organizational commitment, job performance and job Satisfaction

H1: Leadership has significant effect on organizational commitment, job performance and job Satisfaction

H0: Leadership does not have significant effect on Emotional Intelligence

H1: Leadership has significant effect on Emotional Intelligence

H0: Emotional Intelligence does not have significant effect on organizational commitment, job performance and job Satisfaction

H1: Emotional Intelligence has significant effect on organizational commitment, job performance and job Satisfaction

H0: Emotional Intelligence does not have mediating effect between Leadership and organizational commitment, job performance job Satisfaction

H1: Emotional Intelligence have mediating effect between Leadership and organizational commitment, job performance job Satisfaction

H1: Cultural values moderates the relationship between leadership and Emotional intelligence
