After identifying your topics, you will research the topic's current situation and background as to why it is a priority issue. You will synthesize your research with your analysis and recommendations that could be presented to leadership in order to get leadership buy-in to address this important issue. 

Topic 1: The effect of climate change on health becomes more widely acknowledged.

Last year's deadly wildfire season is one example of how climate change affects health, worsening the quality of air people breathe and leading to deadly consequences. Expect more sectors, including health care, to acknowledge the urgency of climate change and take action. Providence, for example, has committed to achieving carbon negativity by 2030.

Topic 2: Health care workplace injuries/violence

Report formatting:

1. Each topic in the SBAR format. Each topic should be maximum  pages.
2. The four S, B, A, R elements should EACH be fully described with  paragraph for each S, B, A and R. Bullet format is acceptable, if they are thoroughly described and explained.
3. Include a minimum of 2-3 citations from your research for each topic.
4. Use critical thinking to complete the Assessment and Recommendation, which should not include quotes from your research, rather your analysis.
