In 2015, Ho nurses training school accepted 202 applicants, including myself. My educational experience has equipped me with the abilities I need to be successful in the Flex Path program. I learned time management and self-motivation skills from the program's challenging and competitive environment. I have learned vital skills from this throughout my training including tenacity and time management. I put a lot of effort into improving my clinical abilities, passing exams, and taking part in every clinical rotation even with the challenges. This was an intense, fast-paced class with weekly homework. In 2017 when I started practicing as a Registered Nurse (RN) I also enrolled into the University of Ghana school of nursing to pursue Bachelor of Science in Nursing of which I graduated in 2020. Among many other things, my college anduniversity experience has made me a better student by instilling in me valuable traits like tenacity, commitment, and time management. My college career was only getting begun at the time this occurred. I had to learn how to motivate myself and manage my time well. I am grateful for this opportunity.
