Scharmer tells us that we have unused energy necessary for positive change. Locating this energy is about paying attention to the structures, thoughts, and sources we have to address the root causes of our divides and adaptive challenges. These sources include our attention, intentions, ourselves, and our consciousness. We can either use these to lean in and open up to disruptions and divides, or we can close down. We have an opportunity to pause and pay attention to Scharmer's Theory "U" and a movement toward collective consciousness and change.
