Economics and Finance The AAII Sentiment Survey is administered every week to determine the percentage of investors who are bullish, bearish, or neutral on stock prices in the next six months. The long-term, or historical, percentages are bullish 39.0%, neutral 30.5%, and bearish 30.5%.4 The following data were obtained in a random sample of investors for the week ending 12/11/2013.
