Question 

A four-part economic evaluation project for a flu shot clinic offered by the Philadelphia Department of Public Health. This is a team project for 2-3 students.

Part I: calculate the costs of adding additional hours to the flu clinic schedule.

Part II: create a decision tree comparing the costs of the additional flu clinic hours to the costs to society of not vaccinating

Part III: write a decision memo summarizing findings and recommendations (with appendix for tables and decision tree)

Part IV: prepare a 10-minute presentation with PowerPoint slides of your analysis, findings, and recommendations, to be delivered in class.
