Summary - In this experiment we are going to learn about various application of circuit and analysis. So mainly the lab focused on four application 1) Voltage Divider Circuit 2) Low pass filter(To remove the noise) 3) Variable gain amplifier and 4) Notch amplifier. We need to design and simulate these various application in Mutisim and verify with the calculate results by using various measurement and wave generation tools.
Applications -
1. Design, build, and demonstrate a passive voltage divider (half) using a trim-pot and drive the circuit with a 2-KHz, 2-volt pk-pk sinusoidal signal.
2. Design, build, and demonstrate an Active Low Pass RC Filter Amplifier (741) with a cut-off at 50 Hz and an input signal of 500 mV pk-pk.
3. Design, build, and demonstrate an Active Variable Gain (2-20) Inverting Amplifier (741) with a 1-KHz, 300mV sinusoidal input signal.
4. Design, build, and demonstrate a 60 Hz Twin-T Notch Filter Amplifier (741) with a 1.5 V sinusoidal input signal.
