Research dysfunction of a single hormone and the disorders caused by problems with that hormone. Some of the obvious ones are diabetes and gigantism, but there are plenty of other hormone disorders that you can investigate. Some topics you might consider: pituitary dwarfism (NOT the Tyrion Lannister variety), Addison's disease, Cushing syndrome, goiter, etc. You should include the hormone that you researched, the gland that produces it, and what the results and/or symptoms are when that hormone does not function properly.
