Challenges organizations face in a dynamically changing marketplace. In other words, organizations MUST change to remain competitive in very dynamic industries - for example the health care industry. Here, the change is fast and organizations need to keep up with it or be left behind, particularly in the context of technology. Given that some organizations must seemingly be changing ALL the time, what advice would you have for senior-level executives who must communicate the REASONS for these changes routinely?
