Drug and Alcohol Testing Program Analysis
This activity is comprised of two parts. Conduct research on employee alcohol and drug testing. Utilizing your research and your text, design a drug testing program for a unionized employer. Your work for this activity should include the following. Your Activity responses should be both grammatically and mechanically correct and formatted in the same fashion as the Activity itself. If there is a Part A, your response should identify a Part A, etc.
Part A - Find at least five articles published in the last five years that pertain employee and alcohol drug testing programs and union bargaining. Discuss your findings.
Part B - Design a drug testing program for an employer containing the nine essential elements; justify the various elements of the program in light of the program goals, the regulations, and the union's likely position with respect to your program. Your justification should include cites from Part A articles.
