A rigid, well-insulated tank contains 3 kg of a 2-phase liquid-vapor mixture of water initially at 200 kPa with a quality of 84%. A paddle wheel stirs the mixture until only saturated vapor remains in the tank.

Draw the system with any indicated work and heat transfer and choose a system boundary that only contains the water. If present, make sure you indicate the direction of the work and heat transfer.

Draw a p-v diagram that indicates the initial and final states of the system.

Find the change in specific internal energy.
