If the 5 kg fire extinguisher is placed at the 1.0 m mark on the L.H. S and another fire extinguisher is placed at the 2.0 m mark on the R.H.S where should the 10 kg trash bin be placed in order to balance the ruler. Calculate the clockwise and counter clockwise torques acting. Is the system in equilibrium? Draw the Free Body Diagram to explain. Show calculations.

The garbage can should be on the 0.5 m mark on the Left Hand Side but I just need help with the calculations.
