You opened a restaurant with your friend and you had become its Operations Manager. Assume that the same business has become very successful and you are planning to enhance production and sales by 100%. By January 2022, you want to double your capacity by opening another facility and new offices/sales locations in three additional cities. The existing organization chart has thus become obsolete and you have to design a new, more elaborate one for this expansion which has the following five business functions: operations, sales and marketing, finance, HR and customer service.
