Question- "When there is too much of the amino acid, isoleucine, it gets catabolized. Draw out the detailed reaction pathway of isoleucine catabolism from isoleucine to acetyl-CoA and propionyl-CoA. Include the structures of isoleucine, all of the intermediate metabolites, and all of the products. Make sure to show how each product connects to a well-known metabolic pathway. Clearly note the transamination step, the decarboxylation step, and the steps that are similar to ? oxidation. Don't include enzyme names. Include the names of important coenzymes (NADH, FADH2, CoA), but not their structures"
