Assessment : Case Study Analysis and Report

Students will be required to prepare a report (1500 Words) answering a set of questions related to a case study on business ethics.

The case study will draw on relevant concepts developed in the first seven weeks of the unit including personal agency, professional responsibility, corporate integrity, interpersonal relationships, and ethical cultures and decision-making processes.

Responses will require students to demonstrate acquisition of unit content and the capacity to apply that content in an informed, persuasive, and integrated manner.

You are expected to use a minimum of 6 sources which includes the Textbook, the case study itself, the organisation's website and other academic research done.

TASK

Students may choose ONE from two case studies:

You may include other literature and sources from your research about these particular case studies and organisations. Answer the questions at the end of the case study with reference to aspects such as personal agency, professional responsibility, corporate integrity, interpersonal relationships, leadership, culture and decision-making processes. Include all the relevant topics studied.

The report should begin with a paragraph or two (maximum half a page) to introduce the organisation and the issues before going into the analysis. Finally, one or two paragraphs summarizing conclusions regarding the case is expected. Integrate relevant biblical principles. See marking guide or rubric for detailed criteria. Marks are awarded based on how well each question is answered in regard to comprehension of the situation, the use and analysis of evidence and logic to justify answers, and the persuasiveness and readability of the writing.
APA7 formatting of citations and reference page/s are required.

Please note it is 1500 Words. The report should have a brief Executive Summary, Table of content, Introduction, body paragraphs, Conclusion and References. The Executive Summary, Table of Content and References are NOT included in the word count.
