A company would like to test the claim that more than 2% of parts are defective, 20 randomly selected parts were chosen and 3 were defective, a p-value using the test statistic was found to be 0.00002, from this we can conclude at 5% significance that:

a. We cannot draw conclusions because the p-value is too large

b. We cannot draw conclusions because the p-value is too small

c. We can conclude that more than 2% of parts are defective because the p-value is small

d. We cannot draw conclusions because the sample size is too small for the test that was used.
