Draw an entity relationship diagram (ERD) for the following situation:
A company has a number of employees. Each employee is identified by an Employee_Id. The company wants to store Employee_Name, Employee_Address, and Employee_BirthDate in the database. The company also has several projects. Each project is identified by a Project_Id. The company wants to store Project_Name and Project_StartDate in the database. Each employee must be assigned to one or more projects, or may not be assigned to a project. A project must have at least one employee assigned and may have any number of employees assigned. An employee's billing rate may vary by project, and the company wishes to record the applicable billing rate (Billing_Rate) for each employee when assigned to a particular project.
