Draw all atoms of the polypeptide: H Q S I E R, in which the H is at the amino terminal end and the R is at the carboxy terminal end. Don't draw six individual amino acids; rather, draw the six amino acids properly joined by peptide bonds to make the polypeptide. Mark all charged groups with a "+" or "-", assuming a pH of 4.0 and that the pK of H is 6.0, the pK of E is 4.3, and the pK of R is 12.5.
