In your Excel Part, Beastie Boats Ltd was noted as a producer and seller of high-quality boats (i.e., it is a product differentiator). The company places great emphasis on return customers to maintain its level of sales. Therefore, it is very important for Beastie Boats to maintain its reputation in the market by ensuring that its products have very few defects. Similarly, it is important to provide strong after market service. There are many ways to achieve these 2 goals. The company is also pursuing new customers to expand its market share. Again, there are many ways to achieve this goal.
Question 1:
Beastie Boats Ltd is pursuing an aggressive long-term objective of expanding its market share and growing its net income in the medium and long-term. Based on the information provided, you are required to draw a strategy map for Beastie Boats Ltd which aligns with the 4 perspectives of the Balanced Scorecard. You may use any tool at your disposal to do this. Some methods to do this include:
• Draw the strategy map in Powerpoint and paste it into your assignment, or;
• Draw the strategy map directly in Word;
• Draw the strategy map in MS Paint and paste it into your assignment, or;
• Use some other software and paste it into your assignment, or;
• Use a pen to draw the strategy map, scan it then paste it into your assignment.

Ensure that you clearly show linkages between each of the strategic indicators. You can use arrows to do this.
