Datapath Control for a Sequential Divider The algorithm and a corresponding fl owchart for calculating the division num / den between two integers were presented in figure 11.13 . In that case a complete divider was developed, whereas in this case we are interested in the same division but using a datapath (in other words, a control unit is needed here).
(a) Based on the algorithm of figure 11.13(and on the several examples using a datapath shown in chapters 3, 5, and 11), sketch a datapath that seems adequate for this problem.
