Instruction:
You are hired as a System Administrator for SAM Company that is based in Pretoria as the head office with 15 Employees. The head office has four (4) Organization Units (IT Department, HR Department, Finance Department and Procurement Department), with three (3) employees per department. Use GUI (Server Manager), however write down the PowerShell commands that you can use for each task. N.B: Computer Name ranges from SAM01-SAM15. All computer IP addresses should be class C and automatically populated.
There are other branches in the following areas:
1. Garankua -10 Users (With HR department and IT department) 5 users in each
2. Soshanguve- 10 Users (with Finance and Procurement Department) 5 users in each
Your job description is to carry out the following tasks:
Task 1. Draw a network diagram for ADS Company
Task 2. Install the Domain for SAM Company at the head office.
Task 3. Create and Configure DHCP Server for SAM Company at all the branches.
Task 4. Create and Configure an Active Directory for SAM Company in all the branches.
Task 5. Create and Configure the File Server for SAM Company in all the branches.
Task 6. All employees must have the shared-drive
Task 7. All employees should be able to access the file server from other computer.
Task 8. Deactivate run function on all Procurement and Finance Department computers
Task 9. Remove the run function on HR department computers.
Task 10. Install the DFS-N and DNS-R on IT Department Computers
Task 11. IT department should be able to remote control HR department computers
Task 12. IT department should be able to remote control Procurement department computers
Task 13. IT department should be able to remote control Finance department computers
