Technique: Negative Space, no shading.
Materials: Charcoal pencil, drawing paper, soft pastel char-cole, blending stump, eraser.
Size: 18" x 24".

Goals:

Choose objects that have interesting silhouettes, plus interior details.
Use Negative Space to show the area around the objects.
Use pure black and white, no shading.
The drawing should have about 50% black and 50% white.
