Software Design, Inc. (SDI) is bidding on a new project to design accounting software for a Fortune 500 company.

Competition for the new business is intense so SDI has funded three different project teams to design a new accounting software that is customizable for the customer. Due to the different levels of skills and knowledge of the various team members, SDI has estimated that Team 1 has a 98 percent probability of creating an “order winning” design, Team 2 has a 90 percent probability, and Team C has an 87 percent probability.
