Create a logic function that takes in a 4-bit two's complement integer (D[3:0]) and generates an output (Mul3) that is 1 when the input is a multiple of 3. Complete the truth table below, and draw a combinational logic circuit (using AND, OR, etc.) that implements the function. (Note: x is a multiple of 3 if x=i*3 for some integer i.)
