Your Outline/Draft Paper should include the following information:

Your team's vision statement

Your team's mission statement

describe a team's mission essential task list

Plan/Delegate essential team tasks

A timeline for those tasks

The difference it should make for your company and it's workers

Layout your project in the order above. Use headers for each task - i.e. Vision Statement, Mission Statement, Essential Task List, .... This will help you layout your final paper.

A few sentences to a paragraph for each of the above should be sufficient for the Outline. Again, this is just an exercise to help make sure you are on track with your final project. Things can certainly change between your Outline and Final
