Scenario - You are a member of the IT Department at a mid-size consulting firm. You have been asked to send an email from your department, to all company employees. Below is your first draft an email you want to send to all employees. Upon re-reading your draft, you want to re-write it to be have a more professional and appropriate tone.

Subject: Ridiculous whiners!!!!
A bunch of you have complained to me about the new SharePoint structure being ridiculous to navigate. I looked into it and asked around. Most of you said it was fine, but a few kept insisting that our intranet is not organized and is totally bonkers to use. To stop them whining, I looked into the matter further. I found that the people complaining about the intranet structure were mostly those consultants who work remotely and who mainly interact with the intranet from their iPads. I have no idea why they are complaining because the IT Department offered lunchtime training sessions on how to use SharePoint on mobile devices and they didn't even bother coming!!!!!!! WE CANNOT HELP YOU IF YOU ARE UNWILLING TO ADAPT TO THIS TECHNOLOGY. SharePoint is here to stay, so you'd better get used to it. Shape up or ship out!
