Question: List 4 or 5 questions that you have concerning nutrition.

Example of how to write it (how it should go).

1.) I am constantly working out at least 5 days out of the week to gain muscle. With that being said my diet consists of eating a great amount of protein as well as "good fats". Will exercising so heavily just take away what I am trying to add on?

2.) I used to increase my intake of vitamins thinking the more you take the better off. Until I researched that our bodies only take a certain amount of what we need then we get rid of the rest through waste. So why doesn't our bodies just use the remaining of the nutrients for something else?

3.) I tend to have a bigger appetite at night, so I snack a lot before bed. Does your body process food the same way as it does throughout the day?

4.) For the most part I eat well now that I go to the gym daily, but there are times especially on weekends where my nutrients isn't being met. Does anyone else have any ideas to stay on track?
