A store security guard stops him before he exits and asks William to open his bag. William refuses and the store security guard grabs William's arm so that he doesn't leave. The guard holds William in the cell for 8 hours and tells him that he will be released when the guard is darned good and ready. After the police arrive, they conduct a search and find the pants. Under these facts, does William have a good case for false imprisonment? Why / why not?
