Teacher B (EL teacher) observation with teacher evaluation using the Educator Evaluation System Rubric used in Florida Palm Beach school district

During these observations, candidates will take field notes and later write up feedback for the teacher (feedback is theoretical and is not to be shared with the teacher unless the teacher requests feedback). The focus of the observation can be on any Educator Evaluation standard which reflects consideration for ELs, including implementation of WIDA standards, using language objectives, scaffolding, cultural considerations and inclusions, and family engagement
