Question: Critical Thinking: Case Study: Labor Relations

Visit the National Relations Board site. Research a resolved case using the NLRB site. In a well-written paper, discuss the facts of the case and the holding (ruling) in the case. Also include an annotated bibliography. In addition to the facts and holding, discuss the analysis employed in the case to come to the result. Did the case have merit? Why or why not?

In addition to your brief of the case, include your critical analysis and reflections. Some things you may want to consider and discuss include:

• Function of unions generally

• Does the action in the case which led to the case being filed harm the business environment?

• Does the result in this case harm the business environment?

• Ethical considerations that arise with union practices and collective bargaining.

Find at least two outside sources beyond the NLRB site. Library is a good place to find these sources. In addition to using these sources within your paper, include an annotated bibliography of your sources as an Appendix to your paper.

Your paper should be 5 pages long not including title and reference pages and formatted according to the APA format.
