Discuss why you believe this is the best solution for most projects. You need to source out from the internet a proper plan which fits the requirements that we discussed in class. If such a plan cannot be located, you need to explain or modify the one that you sourced to be compliant. In addition to providing a project communications plan template, please answer the following questions:

1. Does the project communications plan need to be complex to be successful at supporting the efforts of communications for a project team? Explain.

2. When is it best to have a communications plan defined for a project? Why?

3. Who should be responsible to create, maintain and update the project communications plan? Explain your answer. Note: Please provide examples, samples and clear references when you are doing the research on these questions. Assignment Grading This assignment is worth 10% of your total class mark and will be graded as follows:

• 35 % will be awarded for providing a clear template and explanation to illustrate what your ideal project communications plan would entail.

• 30 % will be awarded for responding clearly, concisely, and completely to each of the questions (questions 1,2, 3 & 4)

• 25 % will be awarded for clearly stating your references for this assignment as well as providing examples to support your responses.

• 10 % will be awarded for delivery of the assignment, showing creativity and care to the overall formatting. (i.e., clean of grammatical errors, complete, use of template, fonts, colors etc.,)
