(1.) Does the home office give any visual direction? (2.) Is there a formal plan or presentation provided by the home office? (3.) Who installs the actual presentation? (4.) Is merchandise selection for displays left to the store managers discretion, or does central management make the decision? (5.) How often are the visual presentations changed? (6.) Who provides the signs and other copies for visual merchandising?
