After reading the Clark article (and possibly reviewing the video), discuss how the company you work for (or if you are not currently employed, use a past employer) addresses ethical issues. Does the firm have a formal code of ethics? Are employees assessed based on their ethical behavior? Further, how does the firm handle violations in ethical behavior?
