Question: Solitary Spot, Inc., a company that owns and operates solitaire themed taverns, buys a new location in Miami Shores, Florida. Miami Shores has a local ordinance which prohibits the use of billboards and stand-alone signs to advertise their business. At each of its other locations, Solitary Spot uses a large billboard using playing cards to display the street address at each location. Concerned that signs and billboards are ugly and will affect the city's beauty Miami Shores has an ordinance prohibiting the use of signs and billboards within city limits, and will not allow Solitary Spot to erect their signature billboard.

If Solitary Spot wished to challenge Miami Shores' ordinance, what constitutional protection could they claim? Please state specifically where in the constitution this protection can be found (4 points)
