TIP Tech and Lithium Supply Co. (LSC) enter into a contract for TIP Tech to purchase 1,000 pounds of lithium from LSC. The contract specifically calls for LSC to use lithium it purchases from a lithium extraction facility operated by South African Brine Corporation (SABC). SABC is very excited about the agreement, but then TIP Tech gets a better price on lithium from one of LSC's competitors, so it breaches the contract with LSC. Does SABC have the right to enforce TIP Tech's agreement with LSC?
