Does problem-solving lie at the heart of intelligence, as Newell and Simon suggest? I would have to agree that problem solving lies at the heart of intelligence. We know that the heart provides our bodies with the blood pumping through our veins and sends signals to the brain with information. So if we use our brains to solve problems then we must rely on our heart to send information to the brain and tell the brain how to respondfreact.
