Question: Jim, a homosexual employee, files a claim for invasion of privacy against his employer who shared with Jim's co-workers that Jim's roommate is listed on Jim's company sponsored health insurance as Jim's spouse. Jim had never acknowledged or discussed with his co-workers that he was gay because he was concerned about the possible adverse reaction in the office he may face. Does Jim have legal grounds to assert against his employer for this disclosure? Explain your conclusion.
